Is there ever a bad time for chocolate? We don’t think so! Which is exactly why we’re showing off our latest client shoot with Norman Love Confections, full of all those springtime vibes and of course, some Easter fun!
From bows, to Easter bunny cookies, and plenty of pastels, this may just be one of our most favorite projects yet!
Making works of art with picture frames
As a food photography studio, we’re always doing something new with our clients’ products. We LOVE showcasing their ingredients with props too!! It gives us a different way to highlight ingredients, flavors, and the brand itself.
In this shoot, that meant bringing out frames with gold accents to show that each piece of chocolate is like a mini work of art!
Would it even be spring without bows?
We’re LOVING the bow trend right now, and we love that we were able to incorporate it into some of the photos! Check out this pretty tablescape with gingham napkins we tied into bows!
Speaking of gingham…
We also used sheets of wrapping paper to make the perfect gingham checked flatlay!
And wove together pieces of silk ribbon to create a unique basket weave-like texture.
Joining forces with our favorite bakery
Our favorite part of it all? Partnering with Kate Maple, a bakery owned by our very own Art Director Kate! Each of these sugar cookies are gluten-free, perfectly frosted, and absolutely mouthwatering!
More Easter fun this way!
We’ve been working with Norman Love Confections since 2019, and as you can imagine, we’ve done tons of shoots with them in the past. But if this one was right in your line of interest, be sure to check out last year’s Easter shoot too!
