Wondering if LISH Creative is the right visual production agency for you? Hey, we get it! In this world of constant creation, you need to know that the people you hire are the right people.
We are firm believers in getting to know our clients and anyone who shows interest in our visual content creation services. It’s a process that we take super seriously and one that ultimately helps us to be the perfect creative partner-in-crime for our clients. But we also believe that you should get to know us as well!
So we want to tell you a little bit about the who’s and how’s of working with LISH Creative, and maybe even answer some of your questions about what it’s like to work with us along the way. Below, we’ll go over the 3 types of clients we usually see in our visual content production agency, so you can see how we can possibly serve you.
Up for anything? So are we!
The “Up for Anything” client is one of our favorites, we have to admit. This type makes up about 20% of clients and brands that come to us with a need for content.
Although they may have a goal in mind (like knowing they want to use content on their website or their social), they don’t have many creative ideas on how to get there. Which is totally OK, we’re called LISH Creative for a reason after all.
Because of this, these clients trust us to come up with creative concepts. We start by giving them a discovery questionnaire so that we can dig a little deeper and learn more about their brand and what they’re looking for! This is also where we decide if we’re creating still images, videos, stop-motions and digital animations, or a mix of all of them.
The more detail that “Up for Anything” clients can provide in the discovery phase, the better the project turns out because it helps us align to their goals and expectations for the shoot!
Have a few ideas but need expert help? We got you!
We call this category of our clients the “Half Baked” clients — in a good way! Unfortunately NOT like the Ben & Jerry’s ice cream flavor, though.
For LISH Creative, this makes up about 75% of our clients. This is when brands come to us with a specific campaign or purpose in mind, and they have a general idea of what they need to make it happen. Maybe they’ve seen some inspo imagery that they’ve liked, or they may even have a creative brief for us to review!
In these cases, they’re giving our concept process a head start (love that!) while still leaving room for creative interpretation. Personally, we love this, because it gives us a little more information about their wants and needs.
Our “half-baked” clients are the ones who really want to partner with an expert to bring their creative ideas across the finish line.
Are you the creative mastermind? We’re here to help!
Our “creative mastermind” clients have a strong vision. They have the entire shoot planned to a tee and are relying on us to simply go through and execute for them. Only about 5% of our clients fall into this category, so they are definitely the few.
I wouldn’t say that this scenario is the best use of our strengths as an agency (we’re idea people!) and, in most cases, these clients are better off hiring a freelancer or utilizing an internal team. If that’s you, that’s OK! There are plenty of amazing creatives out there who can help you execute on the exact vision you have in your head.
This is why the first two steps of our process are discovery & creative strategy — so we can make sure our skillset and your ideas align as much as possible.
So… which client are you?
If you’ve ever considered working with us, which one of these client types would best describe you or your team? Or maybe it’s a mixture of two, even all three!
Our client relationships are SO important to us, and we want to make sure that we not only meet your needs as a creative agency, but also hope that working together will be a fun, colorful, and collaborative process.
So, what do you think? Are we a match made in creator heaven? Contact us if you’re interested in learning more about our services and pricing! Can’t wait to see what we create together.
