Earlier this year, we got to help one of our longest-standing clients — Norman Love Confections, a Florida-based gourmet chocolatier — capture their product packaging redesign. And it’s absolutely one of the most fun makeovers we’ve seen to date!
This was the first time they had updated it in decades, so to help them was truly an honor! Not to mention a blast — any day we get to work with delicious artisan chocolate is a good day, right??
This new packaging is bold yet classic, with a modern feel — which perfectly captures everything Norman Love Confections is about!!
So of course, we had to incorporate this new look into their holiday collection — one of their BIGGEST of the year. Scroll on to see how it turned out!!
We had to think outside the box for this one
One of the best parts of this shoot was getting to incorporate these new designs in ways that felt totally out of the box. Literally — we turned their holiday packages into a life-sized Christmas tree!!
Out with the old, in with the new!
Norman Love Confections’ new packaging design gave them a modern, upscale feel, so we made sure we represented that in this holiday-themed shoot. We kept it classy, and went for a modern holiday feel, which included lots of neutral tones and lots of gold ribbon!
But in true LISH fashion, we added in some FUN and trendy elements like lush velvet, and even created a special holiday-inspired checkerboard design!!
Holiday snacks, anyone?
It wouldn’t be a holiday-themed photo shoot without some yummy treats! We also brought in food cues, like smores, gingerbread cookies, and pumpkin spice cookies to represent to this year’s flavors. Our mouths are watering looking back at the final shots!!
