What do you think of when you think of Valentine’s Day? That’s the first question we asked ourselves when coming up with new ideas for this Valentine’s Day photoshoot for one of our incredible clients, Norman Love!
We’ve been collaborating with Norman Love since 2019, helping them with their website refresh and other projects to produce photos and stop-motion videos that are as fun and creative as their chocolates!
Check out how we channeled all things “love” to create beautiful photos for Norman’s Valentine’s Day chocolates.

Best Love Props We Could Find
Creating heart bursting romantic photos to help Norman promote their beautiful Valentine’s Day chocolates required us to brainstorm the best love props we could think of – from love notes, to bold lipsticks, to vintage stamps, and everything in between.
Take a look at how we styled these shots to create romance that you can feel just by looking at their beautiful chocolates! We sourced vintage stamps from multiple etsy sellers (one even sent me a few hundred extra), used monochrome florals to highlight each size of giftbox, sourced the most gorgeous lipsticks and perfume bottles that we could possibly find, commissioned custom origami hearts from an artist on Etsy, and found the perfect pair of gingham flats with just the right amount of sparkle.
Fan Favorite Gift Boxes
To showcase their Valentine’s Day gift boxes, which feature all 10 specialty holiday flavors, we styled red and pink florals next to an elaborate spread of the chocolates. Notice how we used bold lipsticks to write “XOXO” and left kiss lips around the boxes too! Getting those prints on the paper is a story for another day…we’re working on a behind the scenes video as I type!
For these next shots, we incorporated beautiful vintage stamps, red and pink velvet ribbon, perfume bottles, florals and love letters around the specialty boxes. Can you feel the love yet??
Valentine’s Day Flavors
Norman Love created these dazzling heart bonbons to feature their favorite “date night” flavors! We had so much fun showcasing these incredible flavors like Coffee Latte, Passion Orange, and Grandma’s Chocolate Cake. Which is your favorite? We were drooling over every one of their date night flavors!
A New Kind of Charcuterie
To channel even more love, we created these incredible candy charcuterie boards, including conversation hearts and all the pink and red candy we could find. Have you ever seen a charcuterie board like this before?? We’ve used charcuterie boards in a lot of shoots lately, they’re so trendy! You can find some really great boards to use at TJMaxx or Homegoods.
