On my most recent visit to see Graham in Claremont, a small college town 30 minutes east of Los Angeles, we took a weekend day trip to Santa Monica!
I loved finding all of the colorful things on the Pier and we even caught a live dodgeball match on the beach! On our way out, we stopped by Joan’s on Third, a gourmet food market with the most gorgeous natural light and penny-tile floors.
It may have been Labor Day weekend, but I don’t think summer ever really ends in a place like this.
