It’s REVEAL DAY!
Getting the LISH Creative Studio organized with the help of a professional designer has been quite a journey. I’ve shared why I needed help and some early progress pics, and even more exciting transformations of the workspace as the organization project got started.
Ready to see some before-and-after pics?
Bins, bins, bins!
I’m in love with the studio space! Everything looks so much neater and organized. I credit Nikki from Neat Method Pittsburgh for her system of bins, containers, and shelves for making my mess look good!
Before
During
You can see how much work we needed to do in the Before photo above. Every item that I use for my shoots needed a place to live in the studio.
After
Ta da! Now they do!
Here are a couple more shots and closeups of the bins and containers we used for storage.
This was before the racks went up and the bins were filled and labeled!
Making progress with the bins…
Done!
This space between the industrial racks on the left and my cabinets on the right was perfect for a tall storage unit and my new food and beverage prop fridge! And a rainbow sign with the LISH creative mantra, of course.
Fresh new cabinets and counter space
You might’ve seen a few sneak peeks of these spaces over on Instagram, including a before-and-after and what things looked like in the “messy middle.” Here are even more transformation pics!

Mona loves the new studio too!
Shelves, pegboard, and extra space
Let’s swing around to the other side of the studio, shall we?
Before
After
You can see how Nikki made the most of the wall space between the windows in the garage with a fantastic rainbow pegboard and shelves!
Turn to the right, and you’ll see where I have even more storage for all my non-rainbow stuff, like cleaning supplies, paint cans, and camera equipment. Nothing pretty, but they’re things I still use and need to keep around!

See the studio come together!
A million thanks again to Nikki from NEAT Method Pittsburgh! I hope you enjoyed these transformation photos of the studio. If you wanna see the magic happen in real-time, check out this timelapse video!
